If you already have credentials
- Visit Mastercard Business Intelligence, and select “Sign In”
- Enter your user ID and password (Mastercard Connect credentials are used)
- Log in to Mastercard Business Intelligence to start exploring!
If you don’t have credentials yet:
- Visit Mastercard Business Intelligence, and select “Sign Up”
- Search or Register with your company name and business email
- Authenticate your email using the OTP sent to your inbox
- If your company is currently not subscribed, you will need to select a subscription package
- Complete your user profile and set up your credentials (user ID and password)
- Log in to Mastercard Business Intelligence to start exploring!
If you forgot your credentials:
- Visit Mastercard Business Intelligence and select “Sign In”.
- Click on “Forgot my password/RSA”, enter your user ID and answer your security questions.
- If you are a:
- Password user, you'll receive an email with a temporary password.
- PIN user, when prompted, enter a new PIN that has: 4-8 digits, all numerals, and doesn't begin with a 0

Subscription is granted institution-wide, allowing an unlimited number of team members to use it.
